Returns & Exchange & Refund Policy

We’re bummed if you're not satisfied with the items you received. Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.

All items purchased directly through www.goodgraciousliving.com are eligible for this return shipping policy. Products purchased through a marketplace partner (i.e. Walmart, Amazon,Wayfair) are subject to that marketplace’s return policy.

Cancel/Change Your Order

After you place the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. If you want to cancel and change it, you will need to email us at service@thegoodgracious.com ASAP. Once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled/changed. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived, please return them by following our Return Steps.

Here are the return steps:

  1. Please contact Customer Service at service@thegoodgracious.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  2. Print your shipping label
    Once return request approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
  3. Pack up your return After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  4. Ship it back to us.Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress.
  5. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.  

Return conditions

  1. Returns/Exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s used, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. Unless the item is damaged, or has quality issues, consumers will pay return shipping costs If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. All clearance items are FINAL SALE
  5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  8. www.goodgraciousliving.com will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please email us at service@thegoodgracious.com. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund

We will issue you a refund once we get the return items. For credit card refunds, Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
